Park Safety Rules

  1. Every Guest and their Accompanying person must read and follow these rules before starting to enjoy activities at Belmontas Adventure Park.
  2. Individuals under 18 years of age are granted the right to use the courses only under the supervision of an adult who signs this agreement.
  3. By signing this agreement, the Guest confirms that their physical condition and/or that of their Accompanying persons is good, and their physical parameters allow them to use the courses and equipment.
  4. Guests, having assessed their physical fitness, paid for services, and listened to instructions, can use courses of different difficulty levels. The Black course is recommended only for individuals from 18 years of age who are extremely physically fit.
  5. Children's courses are designed for children whose height is greater than 105 cm, whose physical and psychological capabilities allow them to use the park's facilities and safety equipment. The Guest and their Accompanying persons are aware of the park's established difficulty sequence for children's courses: yellow course – orange course – green course. Children from 135 cm in height are admitted to the green course.
  6. Adult courses are recommended for individuals whose height is greater than 140 cm and whose physical and psychological capabilities allow them to do so. The Guest and their Accompanying persons are aware of the park's established difficulty sequence: green course – blue course – grey course – red course.
  7. Participants move through the course independently, without direct supervision from park staff. They must comply with the instructions they were given during the briefing, with the warning signs and/or directions displayed along the course, with any verbal instructions from park staff, and with any other signs and/or directions related to the course, as well as the contract terms and safety regulations.
  8. If any doubts or questions arise regarding the application of any park safety rule in practice (e.g., how and where to properly attach carabiners, how to overcome an obstacle, etc.), each Guest and/or their Accompanying Persons must:
    8.1. Stop and refrain from actions that raise doubts;
    8.2. Call a park instructor;
    8.3. Wait for the instructor to arrive;
    8.4. Ask the instructor how to act properly in the situation that raises doubts;
    8.5. Continue on the course following the instructor’s guidance or ask the instructor to assist in safely removing the Guest and/or their Accompanying Persons from the course.
  9. Guests and/or their Accompanying Persons are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and clothing. The park does not accept responsibility for soiled or damaged clothing, footwear, or other personal items. Before entering the course, it is mandatory to tie back long hair, remove earrings, and take off any other items that could become entangled in nets, ropes, or other park structures.
  10. In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds, rain, storm, or similar, where there is a threat to health and/or life, the Guest and their Accompanying Persons must immediately stop using the course.
  11. Activities such as climbing on ropes, cables, platforms, nets, sliding on zip lines, and using the courses are extreme and risky; participation in these activities is a free, voluntary, and conscious decision of the individual. Therefore, the individual assumes full risk and responsibility for any bruises, injuries, or other health damages and/or loss of life of themselves, their Accompanying Persons, and/or third parties, as well as for any damage or loss of their own, Accompanying Persons’ and/or third parties’ property.
  12. Only the safety equipment provided by "UAB Belmonto pramogos" may be used on the course, and only in accordance with the procedure outlined in these rules.
  13. Adjustable belt ("system") with two ropes to which safety carabiners are attached;
  14. A third rope with a pulley – carabiner attached to it. The pulley is intended for zip line descents. Wearing gloves while on the course is recommended.
  1. At all times on the course, Guests and/or their Accompanying Persons must ensure that their safety carabiners are attached to the safety cable marked in red. When transitioning from one course element to another, carabiners must be unclipped and reattached one at a time. It is essential to ensure that you are always secured to the safety cable or safety rings with at least one carabiner. On certain elements of the course, carabiners must be clipped not onto cables, but onto red-marked safety rings.
  2. Cables marked in red and blue are intended for descent. Attach the pulley – carabiner from your safety equipment onto the cable and secure both safety carabiners onto it. Begin the descent with both hands placed one over the other on top of the pulley – carabiner cover. It is forbidden to release your hands until the descent is complete. If, after descending, you do not reach the platform, turn around, grab the cable, and pull yourself towards the platform.
  3. It is prohibited to overload the platforms and obstacles of the course. Only one person is allowed on an obstacle at a time. It is forbidden to start an obstacle until the person ahead has completed it.
  4. It is mandatory to immediately inform "UAB Belmonto pramogos" staff and to register in writing any actions or incidents that could or did result in damage to the health, life, or property of the Guest or other persons, or any circumstances that prevent the Guest from continuing to use the course.
  5. In the Adventure Park, moving from one area to another is permitted only by completing the course or via specially marked and designated paths.
  6. "UAB Belmonto pramogos" staff have the right to remove from the park any persons who do not comply with the Contract, safety rules, or safety instructions. In case of any questions regarding the use of the park’s courses and/or safety equipment, the Guest must contact the park instructors.
  7. In the Adventure Park, it is prohibited to:
    21.1. Enter the courses without first attending the safety briefing conducted by "UAB Belmonto pramogos" staff.
    21.2. Perform any actions that may disturb or endanger other persons using the course safely.
    21.3. Use the courses if the person is in an unsuitable health condition and/or under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other substances. Smoking is prohibited except in areas specifically marked for smoking.
    21.4. Use the courses if the person has health issues or such physical or mental conditions that could impair safe use of the courses and pose a risk to the safety of others or to property.
    21.5. Light fires, damage the course, its structures, installations, or the safety equipment provided to the Guest and their Accompanying Persons, as well as litter or otherwise pollute the park’s territory.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ADVENTURE PARK SAFE ENJOYMENT
AGREEMENT

1. Subject of the Agreement

  • 1.1. The PARK grants the Guest and their Accompanying Persons the right to use the Courses of their chosen difficulty level, for the period and under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, and the Guest undertakes to pay the agreed Fee for such use.
  • 1.2. In this Agreement, a "Course" means a specially installed obstacle route located in an open-air area marked with distinctive signs within the "BELMONTAS ADVENTURE PARK".

2. Fee

  • 2.1. The Guest shall pay the PARK the Fee specified in this Agreement for the entire period of use of the Courses (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Time"). Upon payment for access to adult courses, the Guest may use them for 2.5 hours, and for children's courses – for 1.5 hours. For the time during which the Guest or their Accompanying Persons continue to use the Courses after the expiry of the Usage Time, the Guest undertakes to pay the PARK an additional fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Fee") according to the rates provided by the PARK.
  • 2.2. The Fee must be paid to the PARK before the safety equipment is handed over to the Guest.

3. Guest Rights and Obligations

  • 3.1. The Guest and their Accompanying persons have the right to:
  • 3.1.1. for personal recreation purposes, use Courses of difficulty level chosen at the Guest's discretion under the conditions specified in this agreement, for a fee;
  • 3.1.2. receive safety equipment necessary for using the Courses.
  • 3.2. The Guest undertakes to:
  • 3.2.1. behave and use the Course in a reasonable, careful and safe manner in the Adventure Park, so that their actions or inaction do not cause harm to the life, health or property of the Guest, their Accompanying persons or third parties.
  • 3.2.2. Before starting to use the Courses:
  • a) become familiar with the Safe Recreation Rules of the Adventure Park;
  • b) listen to the instructions provided by PARK staff regarding safety requirements for recreation in the Adventure Park and the use of necessary equipment (hereinafter - Instructions), as well as ensure that their Accompanying persons are familiar with the Safety Rules and have listened to the Instructions;
  • c) must follow the mandatory instructions of the instructor regarding the way of using the course and safety.
  • 3.2.3. When using the Course, comply with, and ensure that their Accompanying persons comply with the Safety Rules, instructions received during the Instruction, instructions, warnings and other signs or references related to the use of the Course displayed on the Course, as well as verbal instructions from PARK staff wearing special uniforms or having other distinctive marks about the equipment on the Course and how to use it.
  • 3.2.4. Stop using the Courses if, due to bad weather conditions (e.g., strong wind, heavy rain, storm, thunder, etc.), there is or may be a threat to the Guest's health or life and/or, if such a threat is possible with respect to the Guest's Accompanying persons, ensure that these persons stop their recreational activities.
  • 3.2.5. Use the Course according to its intended purpose and personally take care of their own and their Accompanying persons' health and property safety and ensure that their chosen routes and manoeuvres correspond to the physical capabilities of the Guest and their Accompanying persons.
  • 3.2.6. As soon as possible, inform the PARK about actions and/or events that may result in/have resulted in damage to the health, life, property of the Guest or other persons, as well as about circumstances that prevent the Guest from using the Course in the manner prescribed in this Agreement.
  • 3.2.7. After using the services provided by the PARK, return all suitable quality inventory and safety equipment issued by PARK staff, which the PARK had transferred to the Guest and their Accompanying persons.
  • 3.2.8. The Guest agrees that during the use of PARK services, the Guest and their Accompanying persons may be filmed and photographed in the PARK territory without their separate permission, and all videos and photos taken in the PARK territory may be freely and publicly distributed and/or published.
  • 3.2.9. When using the Course, not violate laws and the rights of third parties.
  • 3.3. The Guest confirms hat they are not aware of any health disorders or other characteristics of themselves and their Accompanying persons that would prevent the Guest and their Accompanying persons from safely using the Course, or due to which the the use of the Courses could pose a threat to the health, life or property of the Guest, their Accompanying persons, the PARK or third parties.

4. Rights and Obligations of the PARK

  • 4.1. The PARK undertakes to:
  • 4.1.1. Provide the Guest, prior to the commencement of the use of the Course, with information regarding the requirements for safe enjoyment in the Adventure Park and the use of the necessary equipment.
  • 4.1.2. Provide the Guest with properly functioning safety equipment:
  • a) an adjustable harness (“system”) with two ropes to which safety carabiners are attached;
  • b) a third rope with a pulley-carabiner attached. Safety equipment shall be handed over to the Guest and their Accompanying Persons only after they have familiarised themselves with the Safety Rules.
  • 4.1.3. Ensure the technical maintenance and safety of the Course, its obstacles, and equipment, as well as the placement of instructions, warnings, and other signs or indicators on the Course.
  • 4.2. The PARK has the right to:
  • 4.2.1. Refuse the Guest or their Accompanying Persons access to the Course if:
  • 4.2.1.1. The Guest has not paid the Fee;
  • 4.2.1.2. The Guest has fully or partially violated the provisions of Clauses 3.2.2 or 3.2.3 of this Agreement.
  • 4.2.2. Issue mandatory instructions to the Guest and their Accompanying Persons regarding the manner of using the Course and safety.

5. Termination of the Agreement

  • 5.1. The PARK has the right to unilaterally and without prior notice immediately terminate this Agreement and remove the Guest and their Accompanying Guests from the Track if the Guest commits a material breach of the Agreement. A material breach includes, but is not limited to, the following situations where the Guest or their Accompanying Guests:
  • 5.2.1. Have not paid the Fee in accordance with the procedure established in this Agreement;
  • 5.2.2. Use the Track in full or in part without following the instructions, warnings, and other signs or directions related to the Track;
  • 5.2.3. Fail to comply fully or partially with the Safety Rules or the requirements given during the Safety Briefing;
  • 5.2.4. Do not follow the verbal instructions given by PARK staff while on the Track;
  • 5.2.5. In any other cases where use of the Track poses a threat to the safety of persons or property, or otherwise constitutes a material breach of this Agreement;
  • 5.2.6. In case of termination under clause 5.1, the Fee is non-refundable.
  • 5.2.7. Both Parties have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement if the Track cannot be used due to unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., strong wind, rain, storm, etc.) or other circumstances beyond the control of either Party. In such a case, the PARK shall return to the Guest the proportion of the Fee corresponding to the unused time or, upon the Guest’s request, grant the Guest the right to use the Track at another time agreed upon by both Parties.
  • 5.2.8. The Guest has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying PARK staff. The Guest is entitled to a full refund of the Fee if:
  • a) The Agreement is terminated due to a breach by the PARK;
  • b) The Guest terminates the Agreement before starting to use the Track;
  • c) If the Guest terminates the Agreement due to health conditions or physical/mental characteristics that prevent the Guest or their Accompanying Guests from continuing to safely use the Track, the Fee is non-refundable. In all other cases not covered in this Agreement, the Fee is non-refundable if termination is at the Guest’s initiative.

6. Liability

  • 6.1. A Party that breaches this Agreement shall be obliged to compensate the losses incurred by the other Party due to the breach of the Agreement.
  • 6.2. The Guest shall be liable for the actions or omissions of themselves or their Accompanying Persons on the Course and shall undertake to compensate for any damage caused as a result of such actions or omissions, except in cases where the damage is caused to the Guest, their Accompanying Persons, or third parties due to circumstances for which the PARK is responsible.
  • 6.3. The Guest and their Accompanying Persons, who violate this Agreement, especially the Safety Rules, act at their own risk and responsibility.
  • 6.4. The Guest undertakes to compensate the PARK for any damage if the Course, its equipment, or the inventory handed over to the Guest is damaged or lost due to circumstances for which the Guest is responsible.

7. Liability

  • 7.1. The Guest confirms that the information provided by them is accurate. The Guest agrees that the personal data provided in this Agreement may be used for the purpose of executing this Agreement. The Guest also agrees that the PARK has the right to use the provided personal data for internal marketing purposes, including sending the Guest information about the PARK's activities.
  • 7.2. This Agreement enters into force upon signing and remains valid until all obligations of the Parties under this Agreement are fully fulfilled.
  • 7.3. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • 7.4. This Agreement is drawn up in a single copy, signed by both Parties, and remains with the Company. The Annexes to this Agreement are an integral part thereof.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT:

  • all personal data provided about themselves and their Accompanying Guests is accurate;
  • to the best of their knowledge, their physical condition and/or that of their Accompanying Guests is good, and their physical ability allows them to use the tracks and equipment;
  • they understand that this activity is extreme and risky; it is a free, voluntary, and conscious choice made by the individual, and therefore they fully assume all risk and responsibility for any bruises, injuries, or other health damage and/or loss of life suffered by themselves, their Accompanying Guests, and/or third parties, as well as for any damage or loss to their property or the property of Accompanying Guests and/or third parties;
  • they received technically sound equipment and safety gear and undertake to use it properly and safely in accordance with the provided instructions, including but not limited to: not breaking, untying, cutting, or otherwise damaging the equipment; attaching the gear only to appropriately marked safety lines; and remaining secured with at least one carabiner at all times.

Both Parties have read and understood this Agreement, and having found it to fully reflect their will and intentions, have signed it.
The Guest also confirms that the provisions of this Agreement, including those set out in clauses 3.2, 6.2, and 6.3, were individually explained and discussed with them.
